LEMONGRASS LOLLY

SERVES 1

​Optional: Add a splash of your favourite gin or vodka

100 ml lemongrass simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water, add a piece of lemongrass. Heat in a saucepan without boiling until the sugar is dissolved)

 

100 ml lemon juice

200 ml Infusion Lemongrass Mint

Lemongrass Lolly

2 sprigs mint

3 slices lime

 

In a glass add lime, mint and ice to the glass.

Add the lemongrass lolly and top up with Infusions Mint and lemongrass. Serve immediately.
